Words such as “cheap” and “overpriced” are never good. Especially to the ears of a large retailer just unveiling their latest designer collaboration (or to the ears of an aspiring call girl, but that’s a conversation for another day). But walk into your local Target and you will likely find overflowing racks holding the Peter Pilotto Collection.
