What to Wear on Casual Friday + Moments of the Week

Long + loose tank tops with blazers are a lifesaver at 39 weeks pregnant.

Tank - Nordstrom
Blazer - H&M (LOVE this one)
Bag - H&M
Necklace - vintage
Shoes - Kelly & Katie via DSW
Bracelet - c/o t+j Designs
Watch - Michael Kors

I almost didn't include that last photo.  Cause let's be honest...the "cheese factor" is a little high.  But then I thought about it, and I want what could be my last pregnancy photo on this blog to be a happy/cheesy one.   :)

Moments of the Week:

Embarrassing Moment:
I'm knee-deep in a counseling session with a 3rd grade boy.  He starts to tell me some pretty important thoughts about his "problem" and I look around my desk for a pen so I can write a few notes down.

Student: "Whatcha looking for Mrs. G?"
Me: "Oh golly...I'm so sorry.  I just can't seem to find my pen."
Student: "Umm, it's in your shirt."
Me:  looking down and not seeing anything  "Huh?!"
Student:  "I thought you were keeping it there.  It's in that crack."

And then he proceeds to point toward my chest.
I am totally horrified as I reach down and pull my blue pen out...which had indeed been lodged between boobs + baby bump!  Awesome.

My Glamorous Life Moment
I'm walking a 4th grade boy down the hall back to his classroom when he stops to ask me if he can use the restroom.  "Of course!" I say.  He pops in the boys bathroom and I wait patiently outside.  Within minutes he joins me again in the hall.

As we are walking back to class, I playfully push him against the hallway walls a few times.  He laughs and starts to swat me with the sleeve of his sweatshirt...which for some reason is soaking wet.  He gets me good a few times and I noticed my cashmere sweater is now getting wet.

Me: "Why is your sleeve wet?"
Student: "Oh, I had to wash it a little."
Me:  "How come?"
Student:  "Because I peed on it."

Thank you so much for reading!  I really appreciate it...
I hope you have a fantastic weekend!
